Nutrient solution with 10mM N was defined as higher nitrogen condition and 2.5 mM was for low nitrogen condition. The Nipponbare were grown under different nitrogen concentrations nutrient solution conditions for several days in artificial climate chamber, and continually observe the rice growth. Samples of SAMs and 1mm below SAMs were collected before and under transition. stages in different N conditions. After sampling, the sample was quickly peeled off and was frozen for 30 minutes by using liquid nitrogen, and then transferred to an ultra-low temperature refrigerator for storage.
