Full-length transcriptome sequencing and RNA-seq of antelope orchids, a hybrid of Dendrobium Section Spatulata

Since the sepals and petals of this hybrid exhibited different extent of "antelope" phenotypes, the goal of this study is to investigate the underlying mechanism of how the developmental differences occurred between sepals and petals.
