Convalescent plasma：Possible therapy for COVID-19

The recent Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19) epidemic is spreading all over the world. So far, no specific effective treatment has been developed for COVID-19 except for meticulous supportive care including critical care and organ support when necessary. Evidence shows that convalescent plasma from patients who have recovered from viral infections could be used as a treatment without the occurrence of severe adverse events when a specific treatment is not available. Hence, we provides an overview of convalescent plasma as a possible therapy for COVID-19.

当前新型冠状病毒肺炎（Corona Virus Disease 2019，COVID-19）疫情已在全球范围内扩散。截至目前，除必要时实施精细化支持治疗（含重症监护与器官支持）外，尚无针对COVID-19的特异性有效治疗方案。现有研究证实，在缺乏特异性治疗手段的前提下，病毒感染康复者的康复期血浆（convalescent plasma）可作为治疗手段应用，且不会发生严重不良事件。据此，本数据集对康复期血浆作为COVID-19潜在治疗方案的相关内容进行了综述。
