Data for: Enhanced irradiation resistance in a nanocrystalline highly concentrated metallic alloy thin film

This dataset contains: 1. One video of an irradiation performed in situ in the HCATF/Zircaloy-4 system. 2. The MIAMI-2 facility parameters to reproduce these irradiations. Note: V. Vishnyakov, O. Camara, G. Greaves, P.D. Edmondson, Y. Zhang and S.E. Donnelly.
