Special survey on the basic service status and needs of people with disabilities (2015)

The main target of this survey is people with disabilities who hold the second-generation Disability Certificate of the People's Republic of China in the national basic database of people with disabilities. Based on the 36 survey indicators related to the basic conditions of people with disabilities and 11 survey indicators related to basic public services in villages (communities) involved in the first national special survey on the basic service status and needs of people with disabilities, this study dynamically collects, reviews, and uploads changes in personal basic information of people with disabilities within one year, the implementation of basic services enjoyed by people with disabilities, the improvement of basic public services for people with disabilities in villages (communities), and the changes in basic service needs of people with disabilities.
