Large-Scale Dataset of Protein Conformational Changes and Rigid-Body Domain Adjustments

This repository contains data for protein conformational changes based on secondary structure element (SSE) conformational scanning. It includes the results of SSE alignments, sequence identities, and the TM-scores of the original, predicted, and adjusted states, alongside the optimized sizes based on SSE scanning. Additionally, it features conformational clusters separated into two categories: evolutionary clusters (characterized by low sequence identity) and dynamic clusters (representing proteins with high sequence identity).本数据集涵盖基于二级结构元件（Secondary Structure Element, SSE）构象扫描的蛋白质构象变化相关数据。其中包含SSE比对结果、序列同一性数值，以及原始状态、预测状态与调整后状态的TM评分（TM-score），同时收录基于SSE扫描得到的优化尺寸参数。此外，该数据集还包含两类构象簇：一类是以低序列同一性为特征的进化簇，另一类为代表高序列同一性蛋白质的动态簇。
