The Health Imageomics Study

The Health Imageomics Study is a multicentric observational study including participants residing in the province of Girona (Northeast Catalonia, Spain). It includes a representative population of the province of Girona aged =16 and = 52 years old recruited in public primary care centers. The main aim is the development of biomarkers of integral body image based on MRI and their relationship with factors in the biopsychosocial, cardiovascular, metabolomics, microbiomics, and other factors. A total of 973 subjects were recruited for cognitive tests and microbiota analyses. Fecal samples were collected from those subjects (n=839).
