Diffusion–Model–Driven Discovery of Ferroelectrics for Photocurrent Applications

This dataset contains 12,800 crystal structures generated using the MatterGen diffusion model for discovery of ferroelectrics. All structures are provided in CIF format and have been compressed into a single archive for convenient access.本数据集包含12800个通过MatterGen扩散模型生成的晶体结构，用于铁电体（ferroelectrics）的发现研究。所有结构均以CIF格式提供，并已被压缩为单个归档文件以方便获取。
