This dataset collects a set of predictions for the EOS of pure neutron matter and symmetric nuclear matter obtained with a variety of chiral interactions and ab initio techniques, most notably, algebraic diagrammatic construction (ADC) and coupled-cluster. These results have been originally presented in the following publications: - F. Marino, W. Jiang, and S. J.
