Data underlying the figures in the publication “Optimization of therapeutic antibodies by predicting antigen specificity from antibody sequence via deep learning” published in <em>Nat Biomed Eng, <strong>2021,</strong> https://doi.org/10.1038/s41551-021-00699-9</em> The dataset contains a .zip folder with the scripts to perform therapeutic antibody optimization with deep learning, as described in Mason et al., 2019 [https://doi.org/10.1101/617860].
