Navigating Leadership Pipelines: A Systematic Review of Women's Pathways, Barriers and Strategies for Leadership Empowerment

This study is based on a systematic literature review, following a structured methodology to identify, evaluate, and synthesize relevant research on women’s pathways, barriers and strategies for leadership empowerment. A comprehensive search was conducted across Scopus and Web of Science (WoS) databases using predefined inclusion and exclusion criteria. The dataset comprises 161 peer-reviewed articles, analyzed for key themes, methodologies, and findings. Data extraction followed the PRISMA framework to ensure rigor and transparency, providing a robust foundation for providing an integrative framework for women’s leadership empowerment, analyzing its dimensions, antecedents, and their interplay at individual, interpersonal, and organizational levels.本研究采用系统文献综述范式，遵循标准化研究流程，对与女性领导力赋能的实现路径、阻碍因素及应对策略相关的既有研究进行识别、评估与综合整合。本研究通过预设的文献纳入与排除标准，在斯高帕斯数据库 (Scopus)与Web of Science（WoS）两大数据库中开展全面检索。本数据集共收录161篇经同行评议的学术论文，围绕核心研究主题、研究方法与研究发现展开系统性分析。数据提取严格遵循系统综述与元分析优先报告条目 (PRISMA)框架，以保障研究的严谨性与透明度，为构建女性领导力赋能的整合性分析框架奠定了坚实基础，该框架可系统剖析女性领导力赋能的维度、前置影响因素，及其在个体、人际与组织三个层面的交互机制。
