Genome wide identification of catalpa aquaporin family genes

This study used Qiuza 1, with weaker cold resistance, and Qiuza 2, with stronger cold resistance, as experimental materials. They were subjected to 4 degrees Celsius cold stress for 24 hours. High-throughput molecular sequencing technology was used for transcriptome sequencing of leaves at 0, 6, 12, 18 hours under cold stress. A comprehensive genomic identification of the Catalpa tree aquaporin gene family was conducted, and 15 candidate Catalpa tree aquaporin genes were identified.
