Cortical Vessel Tracking with Infrared Thermography

Cortical vessel paths and temperatures for 13 patients across 30 seconds.

Vessel paths are described by a series of coordinates representing the x and y positions of each point across time.
Each coordinate has a corresponding vessel temperature which is measured in degrees Celsius.

Code used for segmenting the vessel midlines is also included (vsegment.m).

本数据集涵盖13名患者的皮层血管路径及30秒时长内的温度数据。
血管路径由一系列坐标点描述，各坐标对应随时间变化的x、y空间位置。
每个坐标均配有对应的血管温度，测量单位为摄氏度。
用于分割血管中线的代码文件（vsegment.m）也一并包含在内。
