In this study we generated RNA_seq profiles for 2 DGRP lines showing substantial difference in eclosion phase. The samples are represented by Pupae collected at 6 time points the day before eclosion. The objective is to identify transcripts and pathways associated with different Chronotypes (phase of eclosion).
