The Signal processing toolbox, Optimization Toolbox and Curvefitting toolbox are required to run this code.Installation GuideDownload all required data from (https://figshare.com/articles/dataset/Data_for_Tafazoli_et_al_2025_Building_Compositional_Tasks_with_Shared_Neural_Subspaces/30276238).Copy the data to *rootpath\Figure Data* FolderSet the DataPath in GenerateAllTafazolietal2025Figures.m to the downloaded dataset path and include all subfolders.Demo fileAll main figrues can be generated by running the section for that figure in GenerateAllTafazolietal2025Figures.m. You can also go inside each figure's .m file and reproduce the results for specific figure panel. The results will be saved locally in rootpath\Figure Results Folder
