miRNA profiles for mice hearts with lipopolysaccharide (LPS)-induced cardiac dysfunction. Mus musculus

To investigate the roles of miRNAs in sepsis-induced cardiac dysfunction, we performed microarray analysis to examine microRNA profiles in mice hearts exposed to LPS versus Saline control. Overall design: C57BL/6 mice were exposed to LPS (i.p 5 mg/kg) or equal volumes of Saline, and heart samples were harvested 7-9 hr post injection (n=6 per group).
