In this study, we aimed at comprehensively identifying the cell death modes by H2O2 in M. aeruginosa and whether apoptotic-like programmed cell death (AL PCD) can be induced at some concentrations of H2O2 and differentiated from necrosis. RNAseq was conducted to understand the global response to H2O2 and the gene expression associated with AL PCD.
