RNA sequencing of left ventricular tissue of Diabetic rats and diabetic rats treated with GKT137831

In this study, we aimed to conduct a transcriptomic analysis of left ventricular tissue from rats treated with GKT137831, a selective inhibitor of NOX4 and NOX1. Our objective was to elucidate the signaling pathways that are activated under diabetic conditions and subsequently modulated by GKT137831 treatment. This investigation seeks to enhance our understanding of the role of NOX4 derived ROS in the pathophysiology of diabetes-related cardiac dysfunction.
