Piikkio2023 lettuce 3D pointcloud dataset for fresh weight estimation

The dataset is a supplementary material for the paper "A method for phenotyping lettuce volume and structure from 3D images" (https://doi.org/10.1186/s13007-025-01347-y) and includes 402 3D point clouds of lettuce with reference fresh weight values ranging from 62.3 to 276.5 g.
