Never-smoker lung adenocarcinoma sequencing

The goal of this study was to identify novel genetic drivers of lung adenocarcinoma. Specifically, we focused on the analysis of whole exome sequencing data from 15 never-smoker patients and matched normal controls. A custom capture analysis was performed in a subset of genes in the 15 never-smokers (for validation), plus an extended cohort of 68 additional lung adenocarcinomas (for prevalence).
