ATAC-seq(Assay of Transposase Accessible Chromatin with High-throughput sequencing) after ER stress

Endoplasmic reticulum stress was induced by tunicamycin in hepatocellular carcinoma cells, and chromatin opening detection was performed to search for different chromatin opening sites and different target genes, and then to find the different motif. Overall design: We performed ATAC-seq to understand the different chromatin opening sites in ER-stressd HCC cells. After obtaining Peaks, perform Peaks annotation to find peak belonging genes, and perform structural statistics for peak affiliated genes.
