Proactive notification to clients of Electric Utility Service in Brazil

A Proactive Notification dataset used to predict the time that will be necessary to fix problems that interrupt the electric supply and identify the clients that potentially will contact the call center in cities of two states of Brazil. This dataset has historical data related to: Occurrence-Client-Complaint and Fail Occurrences.本数据集为主动通知数据集（Proactive Notification Dataset），可用于预测修复供电中断问题所需的时长，并识别巴西两个州的城市中潜在会联系呼叫中心的客户。该数据集包含与客户投诉事件（Occurrence-Client-Complaint）及故障事件（Fail Occurrences）相关的历史数据。
