Single Cell RNA-Sequencing was performed on enzymatically digested and magnetically depleted CD45- cells from the bone marrow aspirates of MDS and AML patients. Overall design: Bone marrow aspirates were obtained from MDS/ AML patients after written informed concent. CD45- cells were magnetically sorted and processed for scRNA-Seq.
