本研究采用文献资料法与实地调研法，围绕高脚绣球运动（hydrball, high pole hydrangea sports）展开研究，具体包括探析其文化起源、发展特征与竞技表现，开展传统投射技术的理论分析，以及梳理竞赛规则与裁判执裁流程中存在的争议，最终为提升该运动的竞技水平提供参考依据。
