In October 2024, surface soil specimens (0-10 cm depth) were systematically collected from four distinct vegetation types (JH, GC, ZL, and SD). The sampling protocol involved establishing four replicate quadrats at each location, maintaining an inter-quadrat distance of roughly 25 meters. From each quadrat, eight soil subsamples were obtained using a soil auger at 10 cm depth, which were subsequently homogenized to form a single composite sample, yielding a total of 16 composite samples.
