To understand the transcriptional responses induced by LIGHT in esophageal fibroblasts and compare them to the pro-fibrotic TGF-B1 Overall design: Esophageal FBL isolated from esophagus specimens from 4 different human donors were treated with vehicle or 5ng/ml TGF-B1 or 50ng/ml LIGHT for 24 hours. RNA was extracted and analyzed.
