# Expected Workflow

1. Contact Winning Variant to have the app enabled for your account.
2. Install the app and grant it the required permissions (more below).
3. Create an AI impact [experiment](https://docs.winningvariant.com/resources/overview).
4. With Winning Variant’s help, create an analytics pipeline and reports in your BI tool.
5. Implement an experiment into your website, app, ML workflow, or other server-side service using the [Variant API](https://docs.winningvariant.com/variant-api/introduction) included in the app.

# Required Account-level Privileges

In order to function, the Winning Variant app creates a set of account-level objects ([described in more detail here](https://docs.winningvariant.com/snowflake-app-details#account-level-assets)). The following account-level privileges are required by the app to function:
