Bike and Ride facilities Wuppertal

<p>The data set comprises the (as of 01/2020) 29 Bike and Ride facilities in the Wuppertal urban area, including the peri-urban outdoor area, which were created in the course of the implementation of the "Wuppertal parking concept" at local rail passenger stations and some suspension stations and bus stops. The data are managed by the responsible department "Road and Traffic Planning" of the department 104 "Roads and Traffic" with a specialist procedure within the Wuppertal navigation and data management system WuNDa and updated promptly if necessary. (WuNDa is a cross-thematic, web-based geoinformation system in the intranet of the city administration of Wuppertal.) The Bike and Ride facilities are subject to rare changes. The geographical position of these actually area-based plants is represented simply by points. In addition to the location coordinates for each plant, the data set includes some descriptive attributes including a hyperlink to a photo of the plant. The ESRI shapefiles, KML and GeoJSON files provided as open data under the CC BY 4.0 license are updated weekly in an automated process.</p>

本数据集收录截至2020年1月，乌珀塔尔城区（含城郊户外区域）内的29处骑行接驳设施（Bike and Ride），此类设施均为配合落实《乌珀塔尔停车规划》，在当地铁路客运站、部分悬挂式站点及公交站点配套建设而成。本数据集由编号为104的“道路与交通”部门下属的“道路与交通规划科室”，依托乌珀塔尔导航与数据管理系统WuNDa内的专用管理流程进行运维，必要时将及时更新数据。（WuNDa为乌珀塔尔市行政内网中跨主题的Web端地理信息系统。）此类骑行接驳设施的变更频次较低。尽管此类设施实际为区域型设施，但其地理位置仅以点要素形式予以表征。除各设施的位置坐标外，数据集还包含若干描述性属性，其中包括设施照片的超链接。本数据集以CC BY 4.0许可协议开放的ESRI形状文件（ESRI shapefiles）、KML及GeoJSON格式文件，将通过自动化流程每周更新一次。
