Exosomal microRNA expression profiling in mouse podocyte under high glucose and BMSC intervention conditions

This study investigates the expression profile of microRNAs derived from extracellular vesicles in mouse podocyte model under high glucose (HG) stress and bone marrow mesenchymal stem cell (BMSC) treatment. A total of six samples were collected from three groups: control (Con), high glucose-treated (HG), and BMSC-treated (MSCs). The goal is to identify microRNAs that may play key roles in diabetic kidney disease (DKD) and evaluate the therapeutic potential of BMSC-derived exosomes.
