Abundance of taxa from images collected by the ROV/SCINI in benthic quadrats under the McMurdo Ice Shelf, Dec. 2008

<p>This dataset includes abundances of taxa that were observed in images taken in benthic quadrats under the McMurdo Ice Shelf, Antarctica during December 2008. The imagery was collected with a Remotely Operated Vehicle called the 'Submersible Capable of under Ice Navigation and Imaging' (ROV/SCINI). Quadrats ranged in area from 0.08 to0.75 meters^2.</p>

本数据集包含2008年12月于南极洲麦克默多冰架（McMurdo Ice Shelf）下方底栖样方（benthic quadrats）中拍摄的影像所观测到的分类单元（taxa）丰度数据。该影像由一款名为‘冰下导航与成像潜水器’（Submersible Capable of under Ice Navigation and Imaging，缩写ROV/SCINI）的遥控无人潜水器（Remotely Operated Vehicle，ROV）采集。本次使用的底栖样方面积介于0.08至0.75平方米之间。
