Human adipose-derived stem cells (hASCs) were cultured under three distinct conditions; serum-free medium, medium supplemented with 10% fetal bovine serum (FBS), and medium supplemented with 3% platelet lysate (PL) for a period of 48 hours. Following culture, gene expression profiles were comprehensively analyzed to characterize the transcriptional responses induced by each condition. In particular, to examine the preferential effects of PL, a platelet-derived growth supplement, we compared the transcriptional signatures elicited by PL treatment with those induced by FBS or serum-free culture. This comparative approach aimed to identify unique signaling pathways and gene expression networks that are specifically activated by PL, providing insights into its utility in regenerative medicine.
