RNA sequence analysis of mouse retina samples obtained from ApoE-/- mice infused with Ang II or saline

To investigate the molecular mechanisms of the role of Ang II in retina artery changes, we conducted the transcriptomic analysis of RNA-seq of retnas isolated from ApoE-/- mice infused with Ang II or saline to identify differentially expressed genes. Overall design: Comparison of mouse retina samples obtained from ApoE-/- infused with Ang II and saline.
