"Green Pacific hybrid abalone" is the F1 generation obtained by artificial hybridization of the female Pacific abalone Haliotis discus hannai and male Green abalone H. fulgens, and has been popular in China's abalone aquaculture industry in recent years. For improve it growth condition, we readom selected 200 hybrid abalone for GWAS analysis of growth triats. The raw data were uploaded here. These abalone were bred in Fujian China. The data were sequenced on Illumina Nova platform with paired-end 150 bp reads.
