Aquaponic System Metagenome. Aquaponic metagenome

Metagenomic analysis of replicated aquaponic systems at two different facilities in the Midwest US. Each facility sampled houses six replicate aquaponic systems, and samples were taken from multiple sites within each system, including tank wall material, raft foam, biofilter material, water, and plant roots. The goal was to evaluate microbial diversity among different sites within a system and among systems at different geographic locations.
