Cytokine production by TLR7lig-Pp3 and TLR7lig

Our analysis in allergic patients compared to tolerant controls detected significant increases of IL-5 and IFN with all the conditions containing TLR7lig (TLR7lig, TLR7lig-Pp3 and TLR7lig plus Pp3 in separately way). we observed that TLR7lig-Pp3 induced significant lower IL-4 and IL-5 levels whilst higher IFNγ levels compared to the Pp3 only in allergic patients, indicating the specific immunomodulatory capacity of this compound.
