POPC/POPS/CHOL GROMACS-2024.4 input files

This archive contains the files necessary to reproduce MD simulation results presented in the paper titled "Cholesterol Modulates Exposure of Serine Headgroups in Mixed Phosphatidylcholine/Phosphatidylserine Membranes", as well as final configurations of these simulations. The original simulation results were produced using GROMACS-2024.4.本归档文件包含复现题为《胆固醇调控混合磷脂酰胆碱（Phosphatidylcholine）/磷脂酰丝氨酸（Phosphatidylserine）膜中丝氨酸头部基团暴露程度》的论文所呈现的分子动力学（Molecular Dynamics, MD）模拟结果所需的全部文件，以及该系列模拟的最终构型。本研究的原始模拟结果通过GROMACS-2024.4软件生成。
