Human ancestral structure data from cobraa

This is the data for our paper on human ancestral population structure, using the new structured coalescent method cobraa. We provide a) the 1000GP processed multihetsep files, b) summary of the posterior decoding from our HMM, and c) various gene ontology analysis statistics.本数据集为我们关于人类祖先群体结构的研究论文配套数据，该项研究采用了新型结构化溯祖方法cobraa。本数据集包含以下三部分内容：a) 经预处理的1000GP（1000 Genomes Project）multihetsep格式文件；b) 本研究基于隐马尔可夫模型（Hidden Markov Model, HMM）得到的后验解码结果汇总；c) 多组基因本体（Gene Ontology, GO）分析统计数据。
