‘<b>raw_lumicycle_data.xlsx</b>’ contains the continuous raw signal traces as they came from the Lumicycle. ‘<b>processed_lumicycle_data.xls</b>x’ contains the truncated raw signals traces (datapoints &lt;5 hours and &gt;142.6 hours were deleted) and the processed signal (detrended and envelope-normalized). ‘<b>extracted_circadian_parameters_by_replicate_Bmal1_Per2.xlsx</b>’ contains the extracted circadian parameters by individual signal trace. These parameters are used across the manuscript for characterization of the cell model’s circadian clock phenotype, for cross-correlations, and relationship analysis to drug sensitivity metrics.
