资源简介:
We hypothesized that the incorporation of artificial feed into the rice-fish co-culture system might impact the bacterial composition residing in the soil and intestinal microbiota, while also augmenting fish production. Consequently, we utilized high-throughput 16S rRNA gene sequencing to examine theconstitution, diversity, and interspecies associations of bacterial populations in the soil and fish intestinesderived from both TRF and MRF systems in Qingtian, Zhejiang Province,China. Our findings offered valuable insights into the potential ramifications of rice-fish co-culture systems on bacterial communities inhabiting the soil and fish gut. Understanding these relationships may contribute to the development of sustainable rice-fish co-culture practices that foster both fish health and overall ecosystem well-being.
