For the convenience of devices with limited RAM, count matrix in h5ad files were extracted and saved with BPCells::write_matrix_dir() (v0.3.1) and archived with tar and zstd. Cell metadata (obs) were extracted to csv format and compressed with zstd. Only filename with "standard_design" are included in current version.
