This dataset contains 154 anonymized responses from university faculty members who participated in a survey examining their professional practices, perceptions of gifted education, digital competence, and needs for professional development. The survey includes demographic items, teaching experience, views on gifted and talented students, diagnostic practices, use of digital technologies in teaching, challenges encountered in instructional work, and requests for methodological or institutional support.The dataset can be used for research in higher education, teacher training, professional development systems, digital pedagogy, and studies related to gifted education.
