VPRS 15908 Prosecutions Register

This series was created to register cases of prosecution of traders for offences against the Acts and Regulations administered by the Department of Labour and Industry (VA 1027) during the period 1953 to 1986. The information recorded included:- Case No- File No- Complaint inspector's name- Defendants Name- nature of offence, (holiday pay, under payment, shop opening hours)- Date of Industrial Court Hearing- Summons issued- Result (fined)- Remarks (dismissed, withdrawn, summons returned)- Locality where offence was committed.The relationship of this series with VPRS 6348 General correspondence Files is subject to research.

本数据集系列旨在记录1953年至1986年间，针对违反劳工与工业部（Department of Labour and Industry，档案编号VA 1027）所管理的法案与规章的商户所提起公诉的案件。所收录的信息包括：案件编号、卷宗编号、投诉督察姓名、被告姓名、违法行为性质（含假期薪酬、欠薪、店铺营业时间）、产业法庭庭审日期、已签发传票、判决结果（已罚款）、备注信息（含驳回、撤诉、传票退回）、违法行为发生地。本数据集系列与VPRS 6348《通用信函档案》之间的关联关系仍待研究。
