This repository contains a dataset of binary arrays representing topology-optimized magnonic crystals. The files include MATLAB data files for all generations across 12 runs for each band number. The .mat files store three arrays, pop, score, and meta, corresponding to the population (all design arrays in the respective generation), fitness scores, and metadata, respectively. The overall dataset was used for design landscape analysis through MDS visualization.
