Preventive Efficacy of Silver Diamine Fluoride and MI Varnish on Molars Affected by Molar Incisor Hypomineralization in Children: A Randomized Controlled Trial

The aim of this study was to compare the effectiveness of silver diamine fluoride (SDF) and MI varnish in preventing the development and progression of caries and post-eruptive enamel breakdown in children's molars affected by MIH. 100 children with 200 molars affected with mih were enrolled in this study. This study was a randomized controlled clinical trial, double-blinded with a split-mouth design. Datasets include Ethical approval, Study protocol with statistical analysis plan, participant data entry-level, and Teeth data entry-level.

本研究旨在比较氟化氨银（silver diamine fluoride, SDF）与MI护漆（MI varnish）对受磨牙切牙釉质矿化不全（Molar Incisor Hypomineralization, MIH）影响的儿童磨牙发生龋病、龋病进展及萌出后釉质破损的预防效果。本研究共纳入100名患儿，涉及200颗受MIH影响的磨牙。本研究为采用分口设计的双盲随机对照临床试验。本数据集涵盖伦理批准文件、附带统计分析计划的研究方案、受试者层面数据录入条目以及牙齿层面数据录入条目。
