Resolution function data for n_TOF EAR1 Phase-3

Data present the resolution function for the first experimental area (EAR1) of the neutron time of flight facility n_TOF from CERN, from the third phase of its operation. Data consist of: (1) a raw numerical resolution function from the dedicated FLUKA simulation of a neutron production and transport process, in a form of a ROOT file; (2) the neural network parameters for the TMultiLayerPerceptron class from ROOT, parameterizing the resolution function; (3) a C++ class implementing the resolution function parameterization (by means of a trained neural network) and the computationally efficient procedures for the calculation of the various resolution function forms from a single parameterized form; (4) a basic code demonstrating a use of a TMultiLayerPerceptron class from ROOT for handling the neural network.
