Protein sequences and genome annotation files for the chromosome-level, haplotype-resolved genome assembly of <i>Lindaspio polybranchiata</i> from the Haima cold seep, South China Sea

This dataset contains six supporting files associated with the chromosome-level, haplotype-resolved genome assembly of Lindaspio polybranchiata from the Haima cold seep, South China Sea. The files are provided for both haplotypes, where hap1 corresponds to haplotype A and hap2 corresponds to haplotype B. For each haplotype, the dataset includes: (i) a protein sequence file in FAA format, (ii) a GFF3 annotation file containing protein-coding gene and rRNA annotations (locusTag.emblready.fix4ena.gff3), and (iii) a GFF3 file containing repeat annotations (repeatmask.gff3). These files correspond to the ENA genome assemblies GCA_982266875 (haplotype A) and GCA_982223915 (haplotype B), and are provided to support gene annotation, repeat annotation, and comparative analyses between the two haplotypes.
