This project involves pre-processing and analysis of single cell and bulk RNA seq data from AB1 and Renca mouse models to gauge their response to immunotherapy. Multiple public repositories of human data will be used for validation. The initial phase of the project involves processing of approximately 70 -100 Bulk RNA seq samples from mouse models. There will be approximately 20 samples for single cell RNAseq for mouse data. It is planned that at > 150 RNAseq fastQ files will be analysed from publicly availalble datasets, with more data expected to be made available in the next few years. Anaylsis will also incorporate protein specificity data and TF data.
