Production of Lithium Based Grease: Process Development, Characterization, and Performance Evaluation

This dataset contains the experimental data supporting the manuscript entitled “Production of Lithium-Based Grease: Process Development, Characterization, and Performance Evaluation.”The repository includes raw and processed data related to lithium 12-hydroxystearate grease formulation and performance testing. Files contain penetration measurements, drop point determination, oxidation stability results, oil separation data, roll stability values, corrosion testing outcomes, and four-ball wear test results.Processing parameters used during saponification and thermal treatment are also included to ensure reproducibility of the formulation procedure. The dataset supports the analysis of the processing-structure-performance relationship discussed in the manuscript.
