This dataset contains impact data on road traffic capacity related to four aspects: deployment of autonomous vehicle (AV) dedicated lanes, number of deployed AV dedicated lanes, their deployment positions (outer or inner side of the road), and the presence or absence of vehicle-to-infrastructure (V2I) communication. Specifically, it includes road traffic capacity under different AV penetration rates, road traffic capacity with varying numbers of AV dedicated lanes, road traffic capacity when AV dedicated lanes are deployed at the outer or inner road positions, as well as road traffic capacity under both V2I and non-V2I communication scenarios.
