Hodgkin lymphoma tumors are characterized by profound infiltration of immune cells. We used scRNA-seq to analyze the cellular composition of the tumor microenvironment in Hodgkin lymphoma. Overall design: Fresh tumor tissue was obtained from four Hodgkin lymphoma patient biopsies (core-needle). Tumor cells were processed, resuspended in PBS + 0.04% BSA, and run on 10X Chromium Controller
